Clohs — Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Clohs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Clohs.

What Clohs is

Clohs is a daily commitment tool. You set one thing to finish each day and log whether you finished it or not. The record reflects what you log and is not designed to be edited.

Your account

Clohs uses email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and keeping your device secure. Your account is personal and must not be shared with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use Clohs.

Your data

You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of anything you write in Clohs. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.

Reminders

If you enable reminders, Clohs may schedule local notifications on your device at the reminder times you select. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings or in your device notification settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise misuse the service. You agree not to use Clohs for any illegal or harmful purpose.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app (Settings). That removes your Clohs data and sign-in for that account from our live systems as described in the Privacy Policy. You may also email privacy@clohs.app for help with your account or data.

Service availability

Clohs is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of Clohs after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

Clohs is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that Clohs will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
